I've been stuck in bed for a while due to my surgery and I've been using this machine for all my frozen quick fix appetizers. Plus clean up is easy and it doesn't take up a lot of space.

It works well for most items you would put in an air fryer. It doesn't do as good a job with chicken nuggets and french fries as our larger air fryer. The ease of clean up of this unit is the best feature. Cleaning our previous air fryers was always a pain. This unit cleans up quickly and can go in the dishwasher.

My first Ninja product and pretty much satisfied. i have a very small kitchenette with 1 sqr. foot of counter space. this system is perfect for extremely small spaces. very impressed with that. i also had an air fryer that was impossible to clean. this system uses the glass cooking containers making viewing what's cooking easy to see and clean up easy. the 3rd aspect i love is storage. it packs up and fits in a tote bag under my sink. overall, it cooked everything so far well and fast with some slight charring. now for the bad. baking. it tends to burn the outside leaving the middle raw when i tried to make cookies. not sure if i did it wrong. followed the instructions twice, but no success. that's fine since i don't use it for baking but it would have gotten 5 stars if that worked. definitely worth getting if you have limited space.

I’ve owned several air fryers, and this one is my favorite. The glass containers are easily the best feature. Very easy to clean. Much better than other fryers with drip pans and heat coils to work around. It also heats up fast and cooks quickly. And it takes up less space than most fryers.

Cons? The portability of it is way overblown. It’s small, but still big enough to be burdensome. But does anyone want to bring an air fryer to work? The glass containers also get very hot, so you need to use caution. They could be used for storage, but they aren’t ideal.

Overall, I think it’s great, especially if (like me) you prioritize easy cleaning and space saving. Just know the portability and food storage claims are overblown.

Pretty sure the ninja crispi is received was already used. The box it came in was already open and a piece at the bottom is chipped. Other than that, everything seemed to be good.

The ninja air fryer has been a great addition to my kitchen. There’s a learning curve for cooking times. It’s not too loud and it’s been a joy to cook with. It’s so much like any other air fryer, but it’s so compact, easy to clean and easy to store. If I had to do it again, I would buy it.

The size is great and I love how easy it is to clean the insides, unlike my other air fryer. I love the sturdiness. The temperature going up to 425 is pretty great too. On the flip side, I wish you could take the handles of the dishes when not using them on the air fryer and that you could more accurately change the temperature instead of having a temperature range.

've been using the Ninja Crispi for a few weeks now, and I'm quite impressed with its performance. This air fryer has been a game-changer for making quick and healthy meals. It cooks food evenly and gives that perfect crispy texture I was hoping for, whether it's fries, chicken wings, or veggies.

Great item to have. Bit hard to clean but work well for everything we have tried to air fry. Getting cook times are an experiment sometimes, need to get used to. Complaint item is now under 100.00 on sale when in october was 50.00 more

Nice little air fryer works good not as powerful as he ninja grill I have but it does the job for small batches it is nice to have it comes with a 1-year warranty from Ninja so that's a good thing.

I really like this. The only complaint I have is that you don't have as much of a variation or choice in different temp levels, in case you want to cook something lower heat setting, but then I guess you could use the oven. I do love that it is instantly hot, cooks fast, has a glass bottom that is easy to clean. Ok one more complaint, the grid you use is Teflon coated. Overall I like it.

I like that it won't kill my parrot with non stick coatings fuming my house. I like the different size bowls. I thought it was a little expensive, but great option for pet owners

I was so delighted that Ninja made a glass cooking tray. They are easy to use and easy to clean. I can put both sizes in the dishwasher for a thorough cleaning. The trays keep the food up out of the animal fats. They seal in the juices while crisping up the outside. I've used both sizes of the trays with great success. I found them great for cooking with very little mess. I just wish they came with extra trays. I ordered two extras for ease in serial cooking and a clean kitchen. Meat I had a hard time cooking before cook very well in the Crispi. I can make sweet potato fries without all the added breading and chemicals the frozen ones add.

I've been using the original Nuwave oven since a year after they were introduced. I used it almost every day and became a master at making pretty much anything in it, from animal proteins to roasted veggies to desserts. You haven't had bacon until you've made it in the Nuwave! Since they stopped making them years ago, I've chased down every one I could find from people selling them online, used or not and I'm finally down to my last one. The domes are junk and crack within the first few months. You end up with a perfectly functioning, but useless, motor and base. Fagor makes one similar to the Crispi except with a very small, wide-gapped rack and what Nuwave makes now is nothing like the original and more like a toaster/convection oven. I saw the Crispi on either a Roku or YouTube ad and checked it out. Virtually no reviews because it's so new but it looked almost exactly like with what I'm accustomed to cooking so I'm taking a chance with fingers crossed!
My maiden voyage with the Crispi went wonderfully! I made bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, just as I would in the Nuwave and they came out awesome! Just as good, maybe even a little better than made in the Nuwave.
The missing star is because after having eaten, washed the bowl and prepped some short ribs for tonight, the cap is still pretty warm. It's been more than a half hour. I guess we'll see what happens as I put it through its paces during my return window. An update will be made, accordingly.
Oh yeah, I'll be sure to take a picture of the short ribs and anything else that comes out as beautifully as the thighs!

This is an all-in-one systems that’s perfect for marinating, cooking, crisping and storing chicken dishes. I ordered this system because three of my family members have Celiac disease. I am using this system as our wheat-free cooker.

The system includes the Ninja Crispi PowerPod, two glass containers (a 4-qt and a 6-cup) with storage lids.

I was very excited to have this extra Air Fryer that will cook only gluten-free foods. I was very impressed with how crispy the chicken thighs came out, better than ones cooked in our convection oven.

The system allows you to use the same container to marinate, cook, serve and store. I was very excited because then the gluten free food is safe in my refrigerator and no cross-contamination can happen.

The plastic lids snap on for a secure fit. The smaller container’s lid is leak proof so it can be taken to work or on picnics.

Very easy to use, just place the metal crisper in the bottom of the glass bowl, place your food inside and then the PowerPad on top. Using the modes on the LED display, click on the desired cooking process. When finished, remove the POwerPod and your food is ready! The PowerPod is a little warm when we removed it, and even though they say it is safe to out on the counter, we placed it on a hot pad.

We did find that to get the best crispiness, you need to turn the meat over halfway through the cooking cycle. We also found that the smell of the cooked meat filled our kitchen and lingered for a few days. Next time, we will use the unit under our exhaust fan to see if that helps with the smell.

So this comes with two glass cooking/storage containers. The idea is you can use a single container to cook a meal and then pop on a lid and store leftovers. It works well with the smaller of the two containers, but we can't get it to heat up when it's placed on the larger one. The larger one has an adapter ring and there's no real indication whether the heating element is sitting appropriately on it or not. The fan will start, but it just doesn't get hot. The smaller container is useful, but only for a very small amount of food, like a single slice of square pizza or some mashed potatoes or something. For a real meal, you need the larger one to work.

EDIT: We got it to work, but removed a star because it is not intuitive. The top (heater) is a square and both the included glass containers are also square. However, despite all of these elements seemingly fitting together in any orientation, there is only a SINGLE ORIENTATION THAT THEY WORK IN. The "Ninja" logo on the heating element must be oriented with the plastic fin on the container. Any other orientation and the heating element will not turn on. What is confusing is that the fan will run and it will not show an error in the incorrect positions, but the heating element will not turn on. The heating element will only turn on in the "correct" position. This is not obvious from the included instructions.

One other downside - the small container is very shallow and the metal shroud around the heating element will get dirty depending on the food you are heating. There is no great way to clean this shroud. It does not easily come off for cleaning and you cannot submerge this because of the adjacent heating element and electronics.
