I’ve used the bag twice in cold weather. It performs well, keeping you very comfortable. The texture of the bag’s interior is almost tacky. Leaves, twigs, string and lint stick to it. As other reviewers mention, it’s almost impossible to get the sleeping bag back into its carry bag. After the second attempt the bag shredded along the drawstring closure. I’ve filed a warranty claim after several attempts with Coleman and will update the review with their response..

We really liked the quality of the sleeping bag for our camping trip! It was comfortable and warm but we CANNOT get it back into the bag. We followed the instructions for the “easy to use” drawstring like tie and it broke after our third failed attempt to get it to work. Now we cannot get the sleeping bag back in the bag. Very annoying. It’s not a compression bag at all, it’s just a bag with a zipper.

Bought this for my son for science camp. It arrived fast (next day)! He is 5’7 so it covers his face but not his head which is ok for us. The inside is well insulated it seems. The fabric feels like quality fabric enough to keep him warm in his cabin. This definitely does not feel cheap at all. Soft on the outside. We are satisfied!

Camped in a Coleman tent with 2 great grandkids. ages 6 and 7. Great sleeping bag, soft, warm, good zipper. I'm 83 and it took me 6 days to get it back in the storage bag! I was not going to give up.😊

I have never been disappointed with Coleman products. These were no exception. Took my service dog 30 seconds to find the warmth on cool Alberta night. A keeper.

The no-snag zipper works really well. Bag is comfortable. But it will never fit back in the sack it came in! Your best bet is to buy an extra large compression sack to stuff this puppy into.
There are a couple thin cords attached to the foot end of the bag which you're supposed to be able to use to hold the bag after you roll it. But no matter how tightly I rolled it, I just about broke a finger trying to get the one cord to attach to the other.

I took two of these on a two night camping trip and couldn’t be happier. We zipped two of them together to make a two person bag. We did put a wool blanket over the bag, but slept comfortably in a warm weather tent with night lows of 37 degrees. Interior lining is soft and comfortable. Zipper does not snag like other bags.

For those of you complaining about it not fitting back in the bag: will it roll up as small as when you first got it? Of course not. That’s why the storage bag has an expansion zipper. If you can follow simple instructions attached to the bag you can roll these up and fit them in the storage bag in 5 minutes. It’s not that hard.

For the price, you can’t beat this bag.

This is soooooo warm, and confy it looks like your confter at home. Very GOOD quality!! however, I still had to wear a jacket under thou because in the night went to 30 degrees and was really freezing But other then that i loved it. The only thing i also didnt like was is impossible to fold it back into the bag. But at least they gave like a lace so u can tight it back up. 👍

First thing- The sleeping bag WILL NOT fit back into the stuff bag that it came in. No matter how hard we tried. We tried stuffing it, rolling it in all different ways, and it would not fit. It came nice and compact and the stuff bag even has an expandable zipper to make the bag bigger. Still no chance. So if you want a bag that is easily transportable in the bag, this is not the one. It doesn’t compress at all. We will
pry end up buying a bigger stuff bag. Very disappointed coming from Coleman. How did they oversee that one? Especially now days with so many other sleeping backs that are so easily compressible.

Second- the interior fabric is not very soft. It is quite scratchy. I am disappointed every time I climb in it.

Es muy muy calientito y cómodo, por fuera la tela es lisa, por dentro es suave y tipo franela, el cierre cumple con lo prometido, no se atora. Lo único "malo" ... no logré volver a meterlo a su bolsa, una vez que lo sacas, se expande y aún con la ayuda de 2 personas más no logré comprimirlo lo suficiente como para meterlo en su bolsa.

Absolutely wonderful worm and cozy. Very soft .I don't feel like im suffocated. Lots of room to move or turn, And its long enough i can comfortably stretch my legs and body. 100 percent satisfied

While I haven't tried this in the cold yet, I think this will be a very comfortable bag. I could not squeeze the sleeping bag back to it's factory release size, but the holding bag is expandable for the new size! I think they knew what they were doing!

There were loose/frayed threads and was leaking a little stuffing straight out of the box. It’s comfy enough and I don’t wanna deal with a return so I’m keeping it!

We were going to use for a camping trip in spring but they came in handy this past week when our temperature went down to 8°F it was about 38°F in the house and the kids were fine with just a t-shirt and underwear on in their sleeping bags. The inside is soft and very comfy! Totally worth the buy!

The material of the sleeping bag is soft and warm. However, the temperature rating is a bit wrong. I was freezing in 30 degrees F weather in the middle of the night and that was with an extra blanket and multiple layers of clothes. It would probably be best for 40+. I also took the challenge of putting the sleeping bag back into the bag. That was a work out.

My mom purchased these sleeping bags for us as part of our Christmas presents. Thankfully she gave them to us early! My husband and I went Tent camping with some friends and we would have froze if it weren’t for these sleeping bags! The two nights we were there it was 25 degrease at night!!! These sleeping bags kept us nice and warm all night!!!

This is a nice sleeping bag! Just what your would expect from Coleman! Its thick and well made. We just took it camping and my son slept on it. The inside is fleece lined so it was a little hot to sleep in right now but he said it provided a nice cushion on the ground. It has a pocket for your cell phone. Rolls and stores for convenience. My son is 6 foot and he fits in it fine. You might stick out if you are any taller. Good for all the sleepovers too. The kids ways seem to want to sleep in it and my basement is pretty cold and they love to use it. No complaints!

Wow, this sleeping bag is really warm and comfy! I plopped myself inside and I already felt warm. The material is really high quality and the thickness was just right for a sleeping bag. Of course it could be thicker but that would probably defeat the portability thing. The material inside that you sleep in is soft and smooth. The blue bag with the Coleman logo is where you can store the sleeping bag. When it's time to clean up the bag size is exactly right to fit it back in. The bag material is pretty thin. There is no extra space so be sure to really roll it as tightly as you can. As it is I couldn't use the zipper as I rolled it too loosely. I'm 5'0 and there was a lot of room for me. This sleeping bag claims for a person as tall as 5'11.

I bought these for my employees when they don't have enough time to go home to sleep. They are very comfortable, even on a hard concrete floor. You can fit many sleeping bags in a small area. Good bags.

This Coleman sleeping bag comes packed in a drawstring bag and easy to unpack and unroll. It is 33” x 75” and for anyone up to 5’-11”. I am 5’-6”, 200 lbs and fit comfortably. It is rated for temperatures as low as 20°F. But when this product arrived, it was 99°F where I live, so its effectiveness in below freezing temps cannot be tested for several months. The cover, lining and filling are all 100% polyester and it’s made in China. I found the inside to be a little scratchy, like the soft side of Velcro, and it caught on some dry skin on my knuckles. I would imagine this could be an issue if you intend to only sleep with body heat and not with clothing on. The zipper operation was very smooth. There is a little pocket on the inside, near the opening for a phone, etc. It was relatively easy to roll up. Getting it back in the stuff sack took a few minutes, but I will get faster at it. It says it’s lightweight, but it felt pretty heavy; but then again it’s been a while since we’ve been camping or hiking, so maybe I’m just out of practice! It feels like a very good quality for the price point. And we’ve owned many other Coleman products and have been very pleased with their products. We are headed to the mountains in a few months and can’t wait to try this out!

This is a great temperate weather sleeping bag. Little on the short side at - 5 foot, 11 inches. It is machine washable and comes with a 5-year limited warranty.

The stuff sack has zippers to expand and contract it. Will easily keep one warm down to the specified temperature.

Would recommend for weekend campers and to have on hand emergency situations in temperate climates.

Took it camping with me this past weekend and it had me sweating. I like that the interior is a cloth material instead of the cheap plastic material like every other sleeping bag I have. And it has a pocket on the inside (I still haven’t figure out what I would use the pocket for). I like that it’s easy to roll up and clip back together instead of those stupid tie strings. And the bag u put it in has a zipper extender. Good quality sleeping bag.

I like all the extra features on this sleeping bag. It comes with a carrying bag that has a drawstring on top and a zipper to pull it tight on the side. I was able to get it to fit in the bag on the second try but was not able to zip it up. Not a big deal.

On the bag itself there is a pocket about the size of a cell phone inside. The zipper has a big red piece that is meant to prevent the cloth from getting pulled in and jam, seemed to work. The inside cloth is comfortable and warm but a little thin, don’t wear shoes inside or it feels like it could rip.

It says that it is supposed to roll up straight. That is not exactly true but it does have little latches to keep it from unfolding while you roll it up. The tie string is a nice design with a loop and and hook to pull it tight. You still have to roll it tight as you go but once I got the string pulled tight and latched it stayed and fit in the bag. I would give it 5 stars but it was not as easy to roll up as the description leads you to believe. Still a really good 20 degree sleeping bag. I can’t wait to take it out when the weather cools down a bit.

Product arrived on time. Sleeping bag, bag was ripped. First thing I saw. I inspected the actual sleeping bag and it looked okay. Feels cheap but it’s okay for the type of camping I do.
I would recommend looking elsewhere. If you are just camping and not going to be in really cold weather and want cheapish this bag is okay.

My son gives it 5 stars. He recently took my grandson on his first camping trip with the Scouts. Grandson slept like a log in cold temps in his new bag. I have used Coleman products for over 50 years and they have never let me down.
Update: changing from 5 stars to 1. I ordered a 2nd bag 2 months later which was delivered unpackaged. No box or plastic bag. Supposed to rain tonight.
Update#2: Back to 5 stars as Amazon made it right.

This sleeping bag is AMAZING I am a car dweller for now and I use it in the back of car on my mattress and it keeps me warm down to at least 30 so far. We will see what it does under that. Plus is so soft and lightweight so I can sleep with it covering my head and I don't feel like I'm being suffocated. I love it ..wish I had bought it sooner. Thank you Coleman and thank you amazon for having it on black Friday deals.

Quiero comenzar comentando que el modelo que envían es el Brazos, no Palmetto como dice la publicación. Este modelo es para temperaturas un poco inferiores al Palmetto.

Lo bueno: muy cómodo, amplio, suave por dentro y bastante caliente. Compramos dos porque nos agradó la idea de juntar ambos sleepings para formar uno grande, bien ahí Coleman.

Lo malo: es ENORME en cuanto a voluminosidad y nada ligero. Absolutamente imposible de guardar correctamente en su bolsa original, el zipper compresor queda prácticamente de adorno. Adjunto imágenes para ilustrar mi punto. El sleeping de la derecha no se sacó de la bolsa (así viene de tienda), y en el izquierdo se muestra el tamaño con el que queda después de 15 minutos de forcejeo enrollándolo en su bolsa original. En la segunda imagen, probé con una bolsa de compresión (Alps impermeable talla grande) que probó ser la mejor solución. Quedó de ese tamaño sin esfuerzo y en menos de 2 minutos, estoy seguro que con algo de metodología podría reducir aún más el tamaño.

En conclusión: buen sleeping a buen precio, pero considera comprar además una bolsa de compresión para poder facilitarte la vida. Si no, vas a sufrir poniéndolo de vuelta en su bolsa de fábrica.

Great quality, kept me warm overnight in 40 degree weather. The material is so soft and fluffy, very luxurious. Best part is that the sleeve it comes in has a zipper which expands so you can actually get the sleeping bag back in it after use for storage. Very compact and lightweight. Great purchase!

I managed to get it into the compression bag. Unable to zip it up. Forget a warm sleeping bag, this will keep you warm just trying to roll it and shove it into the bag

Perfect for fall camping! We ordered this for our son for BSA camping in the fall and he was so cozy warm in 40 degree temps for the night. It’s difficult to get the sleep bag back into the bag it came in but that was the least of our worries.

Can’t beat this price so I bought 2. Looking forward to put them to use this weekend for our family camping trip. Have been using Coleman for the last 35 years.
Update 9/4/18 we used them over the Labor Day weekend and they were warm and very comfortable.

My sleeping bag just arrived today. There is a zipper closure on the outside of the bag that was so tight it immediately broke. I didn't even get to unzip it, it literally burst. I'm not sure why they even have a zipper here. Maybe to make the bag more compact? Clearly design flaw. This bag is no more compact than your average bag. Do not buy if you are specifically looking for a smaller/ more compact bag than normal.

To all of the naysayers who thought it couldn't be done. IN YOUR FACE! I managed to get the sleeping bag back into the zipped up stuff sack. Any one else up to the challenge? Decent product BTW.
